Jones Lang LaSalle as exclusive agents presents: The Parkhouse Shinjuku Tower, Tokyo

SINGAPORE, 14 November 2012 Jones Lang LaSalle K.K., Japan in collaboration with Jones Lang LaSalle International Project Sales team, Singapore, headed by Ms. Doris Tan, are launching a condominium project, The Parkhouse Shinjuku Tower, located in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, in Singapore as exclusive agents of Mitsubishi Jisho Residence Co., Ltd.("MJR")

MJR is expanding its sales activity in Asia Pacific and will have its first project exhibition at Conrad Centennial Singapore on 16, 17 and 18th November.  MJR has been the largest residential developer in Japan since its creation in 2011.

Mr Shuichi Nishimura, Head of Sales Group at MJR comments: “The Parkhouse Shinjuku Tower is a unique opportunity to invest in one of the greatest newly built residential developments within a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku Station.  It is a towering contemporary architecture offering a choice of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units over levels 2 to 20 with a stunning array of lifestyle facilities, breath-taking views.”

Doris Tan, Head of Residential International Projects, Jones Lang LaSalle, comments:  “I am indeed very excited about the launch of The Parkhouse Shinjuku Tower in Singapore.  Our investors are constantly enquiring about investment opportunities in Japan.  To date Japan has only sold domestically and not internationally and there has been no chance for individuals to invest unless for large commercial building/s.  We are therefore bringing this investment opportunity to investors in Singapore who are keen to add to their existing portfolio of overseas properties.  The process will be made easy for our investors with Jones Lang LaSalle Japan together with other reputable Japanese real estate service providers able to handle all the lettings and management under a 5-year corporate lease(optional) as well as resales.”

The uniqueness of the building is not only the location -  it is developed by a consortium of top-tier Japanese developers and a leading construction company;  Mitsubishi Jisho Residence Co Ltd,  a 100% subsidiary of Mitsubishi Estate, one of the most prestigious developers in Japan with a century old track record, and Heiwa Real Estate Co., Ltd. which also has a long history in the development of buildings, mainly in Tokyo, with having CapitaLand Limited participating as limited liability partner (Tokumei Kumiai investor).

The Shinjuku Front Square, comprising of an office tower and The Parkhouse Shinjuku Tower, is a mixed-use development which offers multiple life-supporting facilities such as supermarket, medical clinic and cafe.  Residents will have full use of an exclusive array of grand lobby, party salon, and guest suite room facilities.

The transportation infrastructure is the most advanced in the world.  The lifestyle, the recreation and the sheer exuberance radiating from Shinjuku signifies its global importance. The district continues to remain the strongest single symbol of economic growth in Japan.

Shinjuku is full of excitement with a variety of shopping department stores, pubs, night life and office buildings. Takashimaya Times Square and Isetan Shinjuku are located within close proximity from JR Shinjuku Station, which offer residents hundreds of options for shopping.
