​Current Responsibilities
As Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Hotels & Hospitality Group based in Singapore, Frank manages Asian regional research and contributes to the strategic advisory, consultancy and investment teams. His responsibilities include authoring leading edge hotel industry research as well as thought-provoking white papers. Frank additionally provides input into the wider firm’s suite of global research reports, investment outlooks, property digests and investor sentiment surveys.

With over 14 years of property research analysis, consulting and corporate real estate advisory experience in Australia, Frank has a vast knowledge of Asia Pacific property markets. Through previous roles and work appointments, he has acquired a broad range of property skills including market overviews; demand, supply and forecasting studies; strategic consulting and investment advice; highest and best use outcomes; acquisition, asset and development feasibility; workplace strategy, occupancy planning; tenant representation and economic impact assessment.

After commencing with Jones Lang LaSalle as a graduate in Perth in 1998, Frank relocated to Melbourne in 2001 where he spent 11 years working within property research, consulting, finance, advisory, and corporate real estate roles for companies including CBRE and ANZ Banking Corporation, before re-joining Jones Lang LaSalle’s Singapore office in 2013.

Education and Affiliations
Frank holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University in Perth. There he majored in Property and Finance achieving honours.
