Current responsibilities

Cynthia is a Senior Director in the Singapore Residential Project Sales department and she reports directly to the Head of Capital Markets. In addition, Cynthia leads the Premier Homes Sales Team, with a strong focus on luxury residential developments in the prime districts of Singapore. Towards this objective Cynthia works closely with various strategic partners (both internal and external) and associates, regional offices and private bankers.

Previous experience

With over 18 years of experience in property sales, some of her key achievements in marketing high profile residential projects include selling out two of the best-selling properties in the prime Orchard Road location: Orchard View and Grange Infinite.

Cynthia is also a key member of the International Sales and has managed numerous international property exhibitions and events marketing prime Singapore residential properties in Beijing, Hong Kong, Taipei, Jakarta, Surabaya, Kuala Lumpur, Kuwait City and Dubai.

Besides residential project sales and marketing, Cynthia is also very active in ad-hoc secondary market sales and leasing. Over the years, she has developed an extensive network and database of high net worth individuals and has effectively concluded numerous secondary market sales and leasing; for example, Ardmore Park, Nassim Park Residences, The Ladyhill, Gramercy Park, Grange Residences, Four Seasons Park, The Claymore, Draycott 8, Orchard Residences, The Boulevard Residences, Helios, Twin Peaks, Three Balmoral, The Trillium, One Jervois, V on Shenton, Marina Collection, Turquoise, Sentosa, Oceanfront, Sentosa and landed homes/bungalows in the upscale Bukit Timah location.
