Internship Program – 6-14 weeks

6- 14 weeks on the job learning – internship opportunities across all JLL business lines designed to complement your studies

Self Awareness Coaching with 2 group coaching sessions

Client Experience Program – 2 years plus 2 months bootcamp

During this two year program you will gain exposure and experience working at our client offices. Your role is to engage with your client and manage their requests by providing excellent client experiences.

2 month bootcamp followed by 2 year Client Experience development program

2 client assignments in a year to gain experience and exposure to business and client relationships

Functional Expertise Program – 18 months

During this 18 month program you will gain insights by working within selected functions (Transactions, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Markets). Through every six-month rotation, you will have the opportunity to understand the holistic nature of the department in driving strategy forward.
