JLL and RB Capital have built a dynamic relationship that spans over 15 years and several regions (including Australia, Singapore and Europe).
RB Capital is a forward-thinking real-estate acquisition and development company. Based in the Asia Pacific region, the company’s primary focus is hotel, retail and office properties.
Most recently, JLL assisted RB Capital on the global brand tender for InterContinental Robertson Quay Singapore, a prime development fronting the Singapore River.
JLL currently acts as the Asset Manager for RB Capital’s hotel portfolio comprising the InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay, Holiday Inn Express Singapore Clarke Quay and Park Hotel Farrer Park. JLL assists the Owner with monitoring the hotels and works closely with the operators to identify opportunities to drive revenue and maximise profitabililty.
