Sam is the Managing Director, Development for Lendlease in Asia.
Prior to taking on his current role, Sam was the Head of Office & Industrial in Lendlease Australia and was responsible for several key sectors including office, education, hotels, industrial and logistics.
Su Lin is an Executive Director and Head of Asset Management for Southeast Asia at PGIM Real Estate, overseeing assets across Singapore, Southeast Asia, Korea, Hong Kong and China.
She has more than 20 years of real estate experience, focusing primarily on the asset management and development of retail assets and mixed-use projects.
Hui Min is a Director at DP Architects and manages large-scale architectural and urban planning projects, and oversees the firm’s Design Intelligence department.
Her 20-year career spans multiple disciplines, including architecture, interior design, urban planning, and new media design.
Manjit is a Chief Operating Officer at Ogilvy, responsible for the strategy, commercial and financial operations of the network’s offices across ASEAN.
A corporate finance executive with CPA, he has over 20 years of experience in leading and enabling corporations through digital transformation, expansion and change management across the region.
Nick is the Head of Workplace, Asia Property for Standard Chartered Bank and manages teams across the region for the delivery of project, design and facilities management for group properties in Asia. He has over 25 years of international experience leading client and service provider corporate real estate.
Hugh is responsible for the asset management, leasing and marketing, and property management of BlackRock's Asia Property Fund portfolios. He is also the chairman of the APAC Investment Committee and sits on the Global Real Assets Talent Committee.
Hugh has over 30 years' experience in real estate, the majority of which were spent in Asia.
