Andrew Tangye joined JLL in 2004 and as Head of Office Leasing Advisory he is responsible for the team’s delivery of transactional and advisory services to JLL’s clients in Singapore.
He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has over 20 years’ experience real estate experience, principally in Asia Pacific. Andrew has worked in Asia Pacific since 2000, working in Australia, Hong Kong for nine years and in Singapore since 2009.
Andrew has been fortunate to have led or overseen a significant volume of large scale transactions, developing excellent relationships with major Landlords and Occupiers in the market. He also has extensive experience in project leasing and has worked on a broad range of commercial projects including leasing of landmark prime Grade A office buildings in both Hong Kong and Singapore.
