Angeline has over 17 years of commercial leasing & project marketing experience in Singapore where she assists corporate occupiers/investor clients with their real estate occupancy in Singapore to plan and implement their processes including lease acquisitions, lease restructuring and lease renewals.
Angeline’s market experience has resulted in good working relationship with both the landlord and occupiers’ clients. With a significant understanding of occupiers’ needs and methodologies, Angeline is able to provide strategic and advisory role to Multinational corporations on their real estate planning.
Angeline joined JLL 11 years ago and continues to focus on commercial leasing transactions and strategic analysis for both occupiers and landlords.
