Based in JLL's Singapore regional headquarters, Isabel leads and executes hospitality transactions across Asia Pacific, with a focus on Southeast Asia and the Indian Ocean markets. She manages the entire transaction process, from initial pitch and underwriting through marketing, due diligence, and closing. Isabel's expertise ensures clients achieve their transaction goals while experiencing a smooth and efficient process throughout the deal lifecycle.
Experience
Since joining JLL's Hotels & Hospitality team in 2019, Isabel has handled a diverse range of transaction mandates across the region. Her focus has been on sales mandates in Singapore, Japan, and the Indian Ocean. Before specializing in hospitality, Isabel participated in the JLL Management Trainee Program, gaining valuable experience across various departments, including the Asia Pacific Capital Markets team. This broad exposure has enhanced her understanding of the real estate market, contributing to her effectiveness in her current role.
