Current Responsibilities
As Senior Vice President within the Singapore Advisory team, Kai Siang is primarily focused on operator selections & management contract negotiations in South-East Asia and Korea, with specialist knowledge in the serviced apartment segment and strong knowledge of operating terms and agreements.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Kai Siang was the Development Lead at Frasers Hospitality and The Ascott Limited, responsible for the growth of the company’s portfolio in South-East Asia via real estate investments, management agreements and platform acquisitions. Some of the notable projects include Somerset Bencoolen Singapore, lyf Funan Singapore, Ascott Gurney Penang, Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh and the acquisition of Tauzia hotels (a business hotel operator in Indonesia).
Education and Affiliations
Kai Siang completed a four-year Double Degree in Accountancy and Business (Marketing) at Nanyang Technological University.
