LEED: Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is an international green building certification program developed by U.S Green Building Council (USGBS). LEED is applicable to buildings at any stage in their life-cycles for more efficient use of resources and creating a safe environment for all its occupants.
Green Mark: Launched by Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in 2005, Green Mark is designed to evaluate a building’s environmental impact and performance. It provides a comprehensive framework for assessing the overall environmental performance of new and existing buildings to promote sustainable design, and best practices in construction and operations in buildings.
WELL: The WELL Building Standard (WELL) was Launched by The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). WELL applies the science of how physical and social environments affect human health, well-being and performance. WELL outlines key building-level and organisational strategies across 10 categories: air, water, nourishment, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound, materials, mind & community. We also provide advisory on WELL Health-Safety Rating (HSR), WELL Performance Rating (PR) and WELL Equity Rating (ER).
TRUE: TRUE (Total Resource Use and Efficiency) is a zero-waste certification program used by facilities to define, pursue and achieve their zero waste goals, cutting their carbon footprint and supporting public health. Administered by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), TRUE certification encompasses all solid, non-hazardous discards generated within the project boundaries.
ILFI Zero Carbon: The International Living Future Institute (ILFI) is a non-profit origination working to build an ecologically minded, restorative world for all people. The ILFI Zero Carbon Certification is the first worldwide Zero Carbon third-party certified standard, addressing both operational and embodied carbon emissions.
EDGE: EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) is an international green building rating system created by IFC (International Finance Corporation). EDGE provides a measurable and credible solution to prove the business case for building green and to unlock financial investment.
