  • Despite improved leasing activity, the operating environment generally remains difficult, and the aggregate Asia Pacific Retail Rental Index recorded its tenth straight quarter of decline.

  • Retail recovery around the region is likely to pick up as a result of relaxations of cross-border travel restrictions, which should help boost international travel and tourism.
